Originally from Northern Virginia, Ron brings a wealth of experience to the Summerlake team. He holds the CMCA, AMS, LCAM, and PCAM designations and is committed to providing exceptional leadership and service to the community. Ron is married to his wife, Kristine, who is also a Community Association Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach, playing golf, watching NFL football, and cheering on his favorite Washington, D.C. sports teams.
As the Assistant Manager, he supports daily operations with a focus on efficiency, communication, and positive resident experiences. He brings a diverse background in IT, construction, and customer service, allowing him to approach challenges with both technical skill and a practical, hands-on mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys technology, video games, staying active through tennis, pickleball, and weight training, and values time spent with family and friends. His approachable personality and steady, solutions-oriented outlook contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment for the community.
As the Front Desk & Administrative Assistant, she is one of the first friendly faces residents will see when visiting the office. She strives to create a welcoming environment and is always happy to help with questions, paperwork, or simply a cheerful hello. Outside of work, she loves spending time at Disney—where she also works—lifting weights at the gym, exploring new places, and enjoying time with friends. When it's time to unwind, she’s happiest curled up with her cats for a cozy night in. Her upbeat personality and helpful nature make her a wonderful part of the community team.
Ciasia brings several years of property management experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the community. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching crime documentaries, exploring new places, and spending time in nature. She looks forward to getting to know our residents and serving the Summerlake community.
