Our Board of Directors is made up of volunteer homeowners who are dedicated to keeping our community a wonderful place to live 🏡✨. The Board works together to oversee community operations, maintain standards, and make decisions that support the long-term wellbeing of the neighborhood.

Lorraine Rubert has been a dedicated Summerlake resident and community advocate, proudly serving as HOA President since February 2025. She holds a degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU–Idaho and brings a unique blend of compassion, leadership, and strategic thinking to her role. With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience in business, as well as a background in family law, Lorraine is committed to transparency, financial responsibility, and fostering a strong sense of community. She lives in Summerlake with her husband, child and 2 adorable pups. She is passionate about helping make Summerlake a place every family feels proud to call home.
Marlina Robins is a retired accountant with experience in both public and private accounting in California and Oklahoma. She has previously served on an HOA Board and has held Treasurer roles for several organizations. Marlina and her husband of 38 years, along with their six Shih Tzus, relocated from Oklahoma to Florida in December 2021 and have been enjoying life here ever since!
